  Sierra Hotel Aero, Inc. began working out of a basement, advanced to a small garage and now operates out of a 7200 sq ft facility at Fleming Field Airport in South St. Paul, MN. Our facility provides the space necessary to house the equipment needed for manufacturing and repair of sheet metal parts used on both military and civilian aircraft. We are FAA/PMA approved to manufacture parts for civilian aircraft and DOD certified for military part contracts. In addition to part manufacturing, our facility can accommodate most general aviation aircraft for modifications and repairs.

 Our personal history comprises over 30 years of combined experience doing  A&P / IA mechanic duties and structural engineering projects. Our experience started like most in the industry with light aircraft maintenance and has progressed from rebuilding P-51 Mustangs for a well known shop in California to working for a major U.S. Airline.

Sierra Hotel Aero is well known and respected for our quality sheet metal, advanced composites and structural modification programs as well as our reasonable prices. We also efficiently perform avionics installs, panel upgrades, general repairs, engine repairs and complete firewall forward work including engine & propeller upgrades. In fact, SHA is a Insurance Company Certified Preferred Partner (CPP®) Repair Shop and one of the few shops in America that can literally provide all aircraft needs at one airport location.
